Tricia Pozel and Jada Spencer serve as our Love Encore Specialists at Schlossmann Subaru City, dedicated to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction by helping new Subaru owners understand the evolving and sophisticated features of their vehicle. Tricia and Jada have been a key part of making customers feel confident in their knowledge of Subaru’s advanced technology.
With a background in customer service, training, and automotive communications, Tricia is well-prepared to guide our customers. Outside of work, she enjoys outdoor adventures like hiking, kayaking, and camping with her dogs. Tricia is passionate about empowering customers to make the most of their Subaru ownership. With a background in customer service as well as automotive service and sales, Jada is well-prepared to guide our customers alongside Tricia. Outside of work, Jada enjoys spending quality time with her family and is dedicated to being a great mom to her son. Subaru EyeSight Driver Assist Technology acts like an extra set of eyes on the road and if need be, an extra foot on the brake. EyeSight features a number of advanced active safety systems, which can include Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane Keep Assist and Sway Warning, and Pre-Collision Braking and Throttle Management.
Power Rear Gate Memory Height
The power rear gate’s opening height can be adjusted when overhead space is limited. The setting is stored for future use.
Subaru X-MODE
X-MODE adds even more capability to Subaru Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive with driver-activated traction settings to take on slippery surfaces, steep hills, and off-road terrain. Available dual-function X-MODE provides an extra level of control with settings for snow, dirt, deep snow, and mud.

Features such as Automatic Collision Notification and Enhanced Roadside Assistance keep drivers connected to help when needed. Extensive remote services let owners start their Subaru EV and monitor the health of its systems.
