To make sure you’re familiar with these features and to personalize them according to your needs, Subaru created the Love-Encore visit. You’ll have a one-on-one appointment at Subaru City of Milwaukee with a Subaru Star Delivery Specialist who will answer any questions you have and help you explore and customize your vehicle’s systems.

Tricia Pozel and Jada Spencer serve as our Love Encore Specialists at Schlossmann Subaru City, dedicated to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction by helping new Subaru owners understand the evolving and sophisticated features of their vehicle. Tricia and Jada have been a key part of making customers feel confident in their knowledge of Subaru’s advanced technology.
With a background in customer service, training, and automotive communications, Tricia is well-prepared to guide our customers. Outside of work, she enjoys outdoor adventures like hiking, kayaking, and camping with her dogs. Tricia is passionate about empowering customers to make the most of their Subaru ownership. With a background in customer service as well as automotive service and sales, Jada is well-prepared to guide our customers alongside Tricia. Outside of work, Jada enjoys spending quality time with her family and is dedicated to being a great mom to her son. Along with her deep passion for family, she is committed to helping customers feel confident and excited about their decision to join the Subaru family.
New vehicle owners are provided with a complimentary Love Encore Redelivery between 14 and 45 days after the initial take-home date. As customers grow familiar with their new Subaru, Tricia & Jada provide personalized support based on the topics customers would like to revisit. Whether it’s Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, navigation, Subaru Eyesight Technology, or MySubaru® Connected Services, these ladies are ready to guide you through these features and much more.

The Subaru Star Delivery Specialist, Your Vehicle Technology Expert.
Once you take ownership of your new Subaru, your Subaru City of Milwaukee Delivery Specialist will schedule a return to the retailer for a Love-Encore visit. This should take place within 14 to 60 days from your original delivery date. This is your opportunity to ask questions about your vehicle’s features and functions. With the help of the Star Delivery Specialist, you will be confident understanding how your vehicle’s technology enhances your driving experience.
Your specialist will explain and demonstrate how to use the systems seen on the right, plus many more, and set them up to work best for you. You will also learn about MySubaru® connected services and how to enroll. Please note this process may take about 30 to 60 minutes. The Star Delivery Specialist is your go-to contact for all of your technology questions before, during, and after taking ownership.
