To make sure you’re familiar with these features and to personalize them according to your needs, Subaru created the Love-Encore visit. You’ll have a one-on-one appointment at Subaru City of Milwaukee with a Subaru Star Delivery Specialist who will answer any questions you have and help you explore and customize your vehicle’s systems.

Tricia Pozel serves as our Love Encore Specialist at Schlossmann Subaru City, dedicated to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction by helping new Subaru owners understand the evolving and sophisticated features of their vehicle. Since joining our team in July 2024, Tricia has been a key part of making customers feel confident in their knowledge of Subaru’s advanced technology. With a background in customer service, training, and automotive communications, Tricia is well-prepared to guide our customers. Outside of work, she enjoys outdoor adventures like hiking, kayaking, and camping with her dogs, Lily and Violet. Alongside her love for nature, Tricia is passionate about empowering customers to make the most of their Subaru ownership.
Following the initial delivery of a new Subaru, Tricia, your dedicated “go-to” contact, will reach out on behalf of our owner, Mike Schlossmann, to ensure complete satisfaction with the purchase experience. She also offers a Love Encore Redelivery between 14 and 60 days after the initial take-home date, giving owners an opportunity to get comfortable with their vehicle. As customers grow familiar with their new Subaru, Tricia provides personalized support based on the topics they would like to revisit. Whether it’s Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, navigation, Subaru Eyesight Technology, or MySubaru® Connected Services, Tricia is ready to guide you through these features and much more.

The Subaru Star Delivery Specialist, Your Vehicle Technology Expert.
Once you take ownership of your new Subaru, your Subaru City of Milwaukee Delivery Specialist will schedule a return to the retailer for a Love-Encore visit. This should take place within 14 to 60 days from your original delivery date. This is your opportunity to ask questions about your vehicle’s features and functions. With the help of the Star Delivery Specialist, you will be confident understanding how your vehicle’s technology enhances your driving experience.
Your specialist will explain and demonstrate how to use the systems seen on the right, plus many more, and set them up to work best for you. You will also learn about MySubaru® connected services and how to enroll. Please note this process may take about 30 to 60 minutes. The Star Delivery Specialist is your go-to contact for all of your technology questions before, during, and after taking ownership.
